Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 10 monaco biscuits


  • 1 Cup Boiled and mashed potatoes


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp musturd seeds


  • 6 Curry leaves


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce


  • 1bowl fresh coriander for garnish


  • 1 bowl sev


  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1bowl greated cheese for garnish

Directions

  • In a non stick pan heat 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, musturd seeds, Curry leaves and chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add Red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, Turmeric powder mix well.
  • Add Boiled and mashed potatoes.
  • Add Coriander leaves mix it and makes equal size small balls.
  • Place a monaco biscuits in a clean dry surface spread one ball mixture on it place another biscuit on the stuffing and press lightly.
  • Rolled the prepared stuff biscuits in tomato ketchup and in sev and coat it evenly from all the sides.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and greated cheese and serve immediately.
