Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 10 monaco biscuits

  • 1 Cup Boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tbsp musturd seeds

  • 6 Curry leaves

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce

  • 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce

  • 1bowl fresh coriander for garnish

  • 1 bowl sev

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1bowl greated cheese for garnish

Directions

    In a non stick pan heat 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, musturd seeds, Curry leaves and chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.

    Add Red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, Turmeric powder mix well.

    Add Boiled and mashed potatoes.

    Add Coriander leaves mix it and makes equal size small balls.

    Place a monaco biscuits in a clean dry surface spread one ball mixture on it place another biscuit on the stuffing and press lightly.

    Rolled the prepared stuff biscuits in tomato ketchup and in sev and coat it evenly from all the sides.

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and greated cheese and serve immediately.
