Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 lb ( 500 g) chicken mince

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder

  • 1 tsp meat masala

  • 1-2 finely chopped green chilies

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 1-1/4 tsp pink salt or to taste

  • 1/2 cup olive oil or as required

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs/fine breadcrumbs or as required

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or as required

  • 6 or more salad leaves

  • 12 each tomato and onion slices or as required

  • 12 cheese slices

  • 18 bread slices

Directions

    Wash and drain chicken mince.

  • 02

    Combine all the ingredients with the mince and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in nonstick pan.

    Take about 1-1/2 tbsp of mince and roll it the panko breadcrumbs. Shape it into large-sized patty and shallow fry in medium hot oil. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

    Fry eggs in the remaining oil or add more as required.

    TO ASSEMBLE: Apply mayonnaise to bread slices. Layer them with cheese and salad leaves.

    Place the chicken patty on bottom layer and the egg on the top layer of the sandwich.
