Bread slices _ 4 ( square or round shape ) Potato _ 2—3 medium Grated Cheese as needed Red chili flakes _ 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds | jeera _ 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs _ 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves _ 1 tbsp Tomato n chilly sauce _ 1 tbsp Cheese slice _ 2 Black salt _ 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Butter as needed
Pressure cook the potato and mash it nicely with the back of the fork. Add roasted cumin powder, chilly flakes,mix herbs, coriander leaves, grated cheese, black salt, tomato n chilly sauce and salt. Mix this well. Spread butter one side of the bread . Keep the buttered slice on the sandwich maker facing the buttered side down. Spread some potato mixture on the top the bread. Place cheese slice on top . Place one more buttered slice of the bread on top of this. Let the buttered slice be on the top. This will make the top portion grill perfectly. Toast this in a sandwich maker. Serve hot.
