BENGALI SWEET SANDESH
This is Bengali tradition sweet. Made with chenna and sugar

Ingredients

Whole milk 2 packet
Powder sugar 4 tablespoon or as needed
Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
Milk powder 2 tablespoon
Almond 4 slices and pitachio 5
1 pinch of Saffron soak in luke warm milk
Directions
Boil the milk. Once it is boil. Add curd as needed. Till the milk curdle. Once it is done. Switch of the flame. Strain the excess water
Transfer to a bowl. Cool it. Mash the Chenna with your palm till it become smooth
Then add sugar as needed. Add saffron milk and milk powder. Again mix...it well. Once it is done . Keep aside.
Heat non stick pan. Fry the chenna. Don't over cook the chenna. Once it is done
Transfer to a plate. Cool it. Again mash it with your palm
Once it is done. From the chenna mixture. Make a small balls and make any shape you want.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with Amond slices and pistachio
Now it is Ready to serve
