This is Bengali tradition sweet. Made with chenna and sugar

Serves : 5
  • Whole milk 2 packet

  • Powder sugar 4 tablespoon or as needed

  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • Milk powder 2 tablespoon

  • Almond 4 slices and pitachio 5

  • 1 pinch of Saffron soak in luke warm milk


  • Boil the milk. Once it is boil. Add curd as needed. Till the milk curdle. Once it is done. Switch of the flame. Strain the excess water
  • Transfer to a bowl. Cool it. Mash the Chenna with your palm till it become smooth
  • Then add sugar as needed. Add saffron milk and milk powder. Again well. Once it is done . Keep aside.
  • Heat non stick pan. Fry the chenna. Don't over cook the chenna. Once it is done
  • Transfer to a plate. Cool it. Again mash it with your palm
  • Once it is done. From the chenna mixture. Make a small balls and make any shape you want.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with Amond slices and pistachio
  • Now it is Ready to serve
