Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Bombay duck 500 gms


  • Potato 1 medium size


  • Tomato 1 medium size


  • Onion 1 medium size


  • Garlic 4 cloves, Green chilly 2 and Ginger 1" make a paste 1 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Red chilly powder1 tsp


  • Cumin powder 1 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1 tsp


  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp


  • Fresh Coriander leaves 2 tbsp


  • Salt to tsste 1 tbsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Garam masala 1 tsp

Directions

  • First wash the fish with turmeric powder and salt twice
  • Marinate the fish with turmeric powder 1/2 tsp and salt to taste. Keep aside
  • Wash the Potato peel the skin . Cut into legth wise. Wash the Raddish peel it and cut into length wise. Keep aside.
  • Heat mustard oil in kadai. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes
  • Add potato and fry till it become light brown in colour.
  • Add raddidh and fry for few minutes.
  • Add all the dry masala. Stir it continouly. Add little water so that the masala does not burn.
  • Add ginger, garlic, green chilly, onion and tomato paste.
  • Mix....it. Once it is done. Add fish. Don't stir it other wise fish will break. Add water as needed.
  • Boil it till the vegetables and fish cook well. It should be gravy. Then add garam masala. Mix....well.
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Ready to serve with.....Hot......Steam Rice
