Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1-1.5 cup sweet corn steamed and grinded to paste

  • 1 tea spoon ghee

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tea spoon jeera

  • 1 chopped green chili

  • 1 tea spoon grated ginger

  • 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tea spoon hing

  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1/2 tea spoon salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped green coriander leaves

Directions

    Take the corn wash it thoroughly put in cooker and give two whistle

  • 02

    Take milk and put in the corn and grind coarsely

  • 03

    Heat pan add ghee jeera, hing, grated ginger, green chili, turmeric powder salt and mix well

  • 04

    Add coarsely grind corn and mix well add red chili powder mix well and let it cool for 5 minutes

  • 05

    Add lemon juice and garnish withchopped green coriander leaves
