Ingredients
Serves 5
Eggs 4 make a bhurji
Par Boil Rice 1 cup
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped
Green chilly 2 , ginger 1" , garlic aste 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Directions
Take 2 cup rice. Wash properly twice. Boil the rice. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
Tske a large bowl. Break 3 eggs. Add black pepper and salt. Mix......it well.
Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Add eggs mix it well. Fry till it become bhurji. Once it is done. Keep aside.
In the same kadai. Add little oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it crackle.
Add choppef onion. Fry till it becomes light brown incolour. Then add chopped tomato fry till it become tender . Add boil rice. Saute it for few minutes.
Add black pepper, garam masala and salt. Fry for 3 minutes.
Then add egg bhurji. Mix.....it well.
In a bowl. Break one egg. Add salt and black pepper mix it well.
Take a pan. Add oil. When the oil is hot. Pour the egg mixture and make a omelate
Transfer the egg fried rice in a serving plate. Decorate with egg omelate and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Ready to serve
