Mix the flour, salt and oil. Prepare dough to make basket
Make small balls of prepared dough, roll puries, prick it using fork
Stick the puri on chat basket mould, and deep fry it in oil. You can sir fry it too for 10 minutes at 160 degree
Heat the oil in kadhai, add green chilli, and sprouted moong and matki. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli, salt to taste and let it cook
Add little amount of water while sprout is getting cooked to cook it properly.
In a basket, add sprout, , tomato, potato, onion.
Add green chutney, tamrind chutney, several, sweetened curd.
Chaat basket full of protine is ready for your party.
