Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cup sprouted moong


  • 2 cup sprouted matki/moth


  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped


  • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes chopped


  • 1/2 cup green chutney


  • 1/2 cup tamrind chutney


  • 1/2 cup nylon sev


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp green chills chopped


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 cup curd sweetned


  • 1+1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 3 tsp corn flour


  • 3 cup oil for frying


  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions

  • Mix the flour, salt and oil. Prepare dough to make basket
  • Make small balls of prepared dough, roll puries, prick it using fork
  • Stick the puri on chat basket mould, and deep fry it in oil. You can sir fry it too for 10 minutes at 160 degree
  • Heat the oil in kadhai, add green chilli, and sprouted moong and matki. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli, salt to taste and let it cook
  • Add little amount of water while sprout is getting cooked to cook it properly.
  • In a basket, add sprout, , tomato, potato, onion.
  • Add green chutney, tamrind chutney, several, sweetened curd.
  • Chaat basket full of protine is ready for your party.
