Take coriander leaves, ginger, daliya, salt, garlic, green chilli to mixer jar, add little water and make a green chutney.
Cut onion, tomato, carrot and capsicum into thin long slices.
In a bowl add tomato powder, ginger powder, onion powder, garam masala, tanduri masala, salt, curd, red chilli powder and kasuri met him and prepare marination.
Cut paneer into cubes and mix it into prepared marination. Coat all the paneer cubes with marination. cover it and keet it aside for 10 minutes.
Take this prepared mixture on hot griddle and cook it.
Mix wheat flour and rice flour, salt and prepare a soft dough. Make roties of it.
Spread the green chutney on roti, keep tomato, onion, carrot, capsicum slice, prepared paneer mixture and roll it.
Healthy paneer wraps are ready. Serve it with salad and green chutney.
