Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Bombay Duck Fish 500 gms


  • Gram Flour 6 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Red chilly powder 1 tbsp or as needed


  • Garam masala 1 tbsp


  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp


  • Oil for frying 5 tbsp

Directions

  • In a large bowl. Take 5 tbsp gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilly piwdet, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste. Mix.....it well. Add water ad needed. Again mix.....it well. Make a thick batter just like dosa batter
  • Dip the fish in a besan mixture. Mix.....it properly. Repeat the same procedure and keep aside
  • Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Dip fry the fish. One by one till it become golden brown in colour
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Now it ready to serve hot......bombay duck fish with kasundi
