take a bowl add one teaspoon fresh yeast ,one tablespoon sugar and one fourth cup warm water and mix it well.
then add 2 Cup flour, 2 tbsp milk powder and one fourth teaspoon salt
add lukewarm water little by little and knead a soft dough
place dough on floured kitchen table
add 3 tablespoon oil or 3 tablespoon butter in the dough and knead the dough in streach and fold method for 12 to 15 minutes
after 15 minutes place the dough in a oiled bowl , cover dough and keep it in a warm place for 1 hr or till the dough double in size
now take a micro proof Bowl, add one cup chopped chocolate and half cup fresh cream.. micro it for 30 to 40 seconds
take it from Microwave and whisk till the chocolate and cream combined well with no lumps
Keep melted chocolate in the refrigerator for 20 mins
after 20 minutes take out chocolate from the fridge
scoop the chocolate and make a round chocolate ball
after 1 hour punch dough and kneade it for 2 to 3 minutes
cut the dough in equal size
take each portion of the dough.keep the chocolate ball centre of the dough and Seal it and make round
place each chocolate filled bun into the greased baking pan
again keep the baking Pan into warm place for 30 to 40 minutes
after 40 minutes brush the bun with milk or oil
now fill the chocolate filled bun in preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes
after 15 minutes take out the baking Pan from the oven and brush with melted butter...cover bun and let it cool for 20 mins
after 20 minutes chocolate filled home baked Bun is ready to..
