  • for vada For Stuffing 1/2 cup over night soaked masoor dal 1/2 cup soaked boiled black chana 1 tbs pizza sauce 1tsp oregano Salt 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp oil For outer covering 2 big potatoes boiled grated or well mashed 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder Salt 1/2 cup feta cheese 1 cup besan Salt 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Oil for frying 4 - 6 mini burger 1 tbs schezwan sauce / sandwich spread 1 tbs pizza sauce 1/4 grated mozzarella cheese 1tbs mix herb

Directions

  • Take a pan heat oil on medium flame, add ginger garlic paste, saute them till raw flavor gone, then add coarsely grinded masoor daal, cook it 2-3 min on medium flame
  • Then add coarsely grinded black chana, mix all togather well, add little salt.
  • Now add, oregano, pizza sauce mix all togather, and cook it for 2 min. Switch off the flame, keep it cool
  • Meanwhile in a plate add boiled grated potato, and feta cheese mix well
  • Add black paper powder, cumin powder, salt, mix all togather well
  • Now make chana, masoor daal mixture make a small ball of it, put this balls onto potato and feta cheese mixture,
  • Cover the stuffing and make a ball, prepared all balls like this way
  • Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, add water and make a cake like better
  • Heat the sufficient oil in pan, dip the ball in besan better deep Fry it till golden brown in colour
  • Now take a mini burger cut into 2 part
  • Apply some schezwan sauce or sandwich spread on it
  • Place fry vada in one part and cover it with other part, apply some pizza sauce on top of mini burger,
  • Cover the top with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle some mix herb on it.
  • Place this mini burger in preheat oven, bake it at 180 c till all cheese melt and it become light brown in colour
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce, your kids will love it.
