Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup curd


  • 2 tbsp tamarind


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp jaggery


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch roasted cumin powder


  • 1 pinch red chilli powder

Directions

  • Soak Tamarind for 30 minutes in hot water.
  • Now grind it in mixer. Make sure to remove its seeds.
  • Now add sugar and jaggery in itand boil.
  • After cooling seive it and boil again.
  • Let it cool.
  • In starting hang the curd fir 20 minutes.
  • Now whisk well this hang curd.
  • Place mathri in a plate. Spread curd all over the mathri.
  • Spread chutney little.
  • Sprinkle salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder.
  • Ready to serve this chaaat.
