Soak Tamarind for 30 minutes in hot water.
Now grind it in mixer. Make sure to remove its seeds.
Now add sugar and jaggery in itand boil.
After cooling seive it and boil again.
Let it cool.
In starting hang the curd fir 20 minutes.
Now whisk well this hang curd.
Place mathri in a plate. Spread curd all over the mathri.
Spread chutney little.
Sprinkle salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder.
Ready to serve this chaaat.
