Dates 1/2 cup chopped
Grated coconut 1/4 cup + extra for rolling
Mixed nuts 1/4 cup (cashews, badam, pista)
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp optional
Directions
Take chopped dates in mixie. Pulse them few times and grind to coarse paste Then pulse the nuts in the same mixer and keep it ready. Saute the grated coconut for few minutes in stove to remove any moisture.Skip this step if using desiccated coconut. Take dates paste in a bowl. Add coconut to it. Then add powdered nuts to it. Finally add cardamom powder. Combine everything together. Make small balls out of mixture. Roll them in coconut or choco chips or sprinkles. Yummy Dates ladoo is ready.
