Heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee add coconut pieces roast nicely,transfer a plate.Also roast the peanuts.Heat a kadhei add jaggery &stir continuously.
When ever the jaggery becomes sticky add liya,coconut,peanuts& blackpepper crossed.Mix well.
Grease a Shape container ,pour the liya mixture set it 1hour.
After 1 hour khaei muaan is ready.Preserve it on a airtight container. You can be eat it more than 1 month.
