Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 Carrot wash and peel the skin and Grate it

  • 1/2 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut

  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds and 2 tbsp Curry leaves for tempering

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

  • 2 tbsp Green Chilly, 1" Ginger and 4 Garlic Cloves Paste

  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder

  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp Oil

    Wash the carrot properly . Peel the skin and grate it. Keep aside

    1/2 cup Grate fresh coconut. Keep aside

  • 03

    Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds and few curry leaves. Let it crackle.

    Add grated carrot. Saute it for fewminutes.

    Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, cumin powder and salt. Stir it and saute it for few minutes

    Till raw smell of masala goes off. Add little water boil it for three minutes till the carrot become tender.

    Then add grated coconut and cook for few minutes .

    Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful serving plate. Garnish with grated coconut and 1 whole dry red chilly

    Now it is Ready to serve with hot.........chapati. This Recipe is good for breakfast
