Ingredients

  • 3 left over roti or chapati


  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 2 spoon slice onio


  • 2 spoon slice capsicum


  • 2 spoon slice carrot


  • 1/2 spoon soya sauce


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli sauce


  • 1/2 spoon green chilli sauce


  • Salt to taste 1/8 spoon

Directions

  • Make roll of chapati and do thin slice like noodles
  • Now heat oil in kadai
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute it
  • Now add oninon and saute it
  • Now add carrot and capcium and stir fry it
  • Add salt and all sauces
  • Mix well
  • At last add chapati and mix well
  • Please note: If you wish to add chiness taste maker like sezwan masala, manchrian masala, sezwamn chatani you may add. And if you like black paper powqder you may add
