2 Custard Apple discard the seeds and take out the pulp
2 Packet Heritage Toned Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Cup Basmati Rice soak for 1/2 an hrs.
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
6 Cashew Nuts Chopped
7 Raisins / Kismis Chopped
Boil the milk in low flame.
Once the milk is boiled and the milk reduced. Add rice and boil the rice in slow flame till the rice become mashy
Add little sugar. Mix....well. Till the sugar dissolves.
Then add Custard Apple pulp. Cook till the kheer become gravy
Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful serving bowl. Garnish with dry fruits.
Ready to serve
