  • 4 Piece Kalakand

  • 2 Toned Milk Packet

  • 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom

  • 4 Crushed Cashew Nuts

  • 6 Crushed Raisins

  • 1 tbsp Milk Powder ( optional )


  • First boil the milk. Once it is boiled.
  • Add Kalakand . Boiled till the kalakand dissolve in milk properly. Add green cardamom powder.
  • Then add milk powder. Stir it continously. So the kheer will not stick to the surface.
  • Add dry fruits. Again mix......it.
  • Once ot is done. Transfer to beautiful serving bowl. Garnish with Cashew nuts and Raisins. Now it is Ready to serve
