Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges. Boil them in water by adding salt for 5 minutes. Strain and set to cool. Once cool pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
In a bowl combine paprika, oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Add the potatoes and mix so that they are well coated with the spices. Lastly add parmesan and mix well.
Spread these in a greased tray and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
