Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 large potatoes with skin


  • 1/2 cup parmesan


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • 2 tsp paprika powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges. Boil them in water by adding salt for 5 minutes. Strain and set to cool. Once cool pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • In a bowl combine paprika, oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Add the potatoes and mix so that they are well coated with the spices. Lastly add parmesan and mix well.
  • Spread these in a greased tray and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
