  • 1/2 glass milk


  • 1 banana


  • 1/4 cup rolled oats


  • 2 dates, pitted


  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  • 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • Roast the rolled oats for a few seconds. Gather all the ingredients for the smoothie.
  • Put everything in a mixie and grind till you get a yummy smoothie. Enjoy!
