1/2 glass milk
1 banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 dates, pitted
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Roast the rolled oats for a few seconds. Gather all the ingredients for the smoothie.
Put everything in a mixie and grind till you get a yummy smoothie. Enjoy!
