Ingredients
Serves 10
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 & 1/3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 & 1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter for greasing pan
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add milk, vanilla, oil and egg. Beat well and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan. Smear some butter onto it and pour a ladleful of batter into the hot pan. Once you see bubbles on top flip the pancake.
Remove after a few seconds. Continue similarly for the rest of the batter. Enjoy!
