Boil half ltr of thick milk and bring it to 1/4 ltr
Collect malai
Add sugar let it dissolves.
Dissolve custard powder 1 tsp in water .
Add saffron strands and custard water.
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Finally add bread crumbs, mix well.
Take off flame and allow it to warm.
Chop off edges of bread slices.
Evenly spread custard malai and sprinkle dry fruits.
Roll the bread slices and coat custard malai.
Garnish with cherries and dry fruits and serve.
