Finely chopped all vegetables
Heat the oil with 1 tbsp butter in cooker .
Add half chopped onions in it fry for 2 min .
After that add gg paste fry for 1 min .
Then add tomatoes fry for 2 min min
Then add chilly powder , salt , orange food colour mix well cook for 2 min.
After that add other chopped vegetables mix well add water as required mix well . Add pav Bhaji masala mix well close the lid cook till pav Bhaji is ready , take 7 to 8 whistle .
When it's ready switch off the gas .
On tawa spread some butter toast the ladi pav on it .
Serve pavbhaji with some chopped onions , butter and piece of lemon.
