Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Cauliflower - 1 small size


  • Potatoes - 2 nos


  • Capsicum - 2 nos


  • Tomatoes - 2 nos .


  • Onion - 2 nos


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp


  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp or as per taste


  • Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste


  • Orange food colour - 1/2 tsp


  • Pav Bhaji masala - 1 tbsp


  • Oil - 1 tbsp


  • Butter - 2 tbsp


  • Water - 1 glass or as required


  • Ladi pav - 8 pav


  • Lemon - 1 nos

Directions

  • Finely chopped all vegetables
  • Heat the oil with 1 tbsp butter in cooker . Add half chopped onions in it fry for 2 min . After that add gg paste fry for 1 min . Then add tomatoes fry for 2 min min
  • Then add chilly powder , salt , orange food colour mix well cook for 2 min. After that add other chopped vegetables mix well add water as required mix well . Add pav Bhaji masala mix well close the lid cook till pav Bhaji is ready , take 7 to 8 whistle .
  • When it's ready switch off the gas . On tawa spread some butter toast the ladi pav on it . Serve pavbhaji with some chopped onions , butter and piece of lemon.
