Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For paneer balls,,,,1 cup paneer mashed


  • 1 potato boiled and mashed


  • 4 kaju pieces


  • 1/4 cup cornflour


  • 2 bread crumbs


  • 1 tb sp coriander leav es


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • 1/2 tsp chilii flacks oil for frying


  • For meggi ,,,,2 maggi cake


  • 2 tastemaker


  • 1 cup vegitables (carrot,peas,capsicum,)


  • 1onion chopped


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1-1 tsp tometo sauce ,soya sauce and red chilli sauce


  • 1/4 tsp ajinomoto


  • 2 cp water


  • For tadka ,,,,4 long red chilli


  • 4 kali garlic


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tbsp green onion leaves chopped

Directions

  • First mix the all ing of balls
  • Make small balls and fry it keep it side
  • Take a pan heat one tbsp oil add onion chopped
  • Saute till 2 min. Add all veggies spread salt to taste
  • Saute it till 2 min add 2 cup water
  • When water isboil add maggi cake and taste maker
  • Mix well add garam masala and ajinomoto
  • When water is socked add all sauce mix w ell
  • Off the gas add paneer balls mix it
  • Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add galic chopped
  • Add long red chilli off the gas
  • Add red chilli pwd
  • Now this tadka put on the meggi
  • Serve hot
