Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cup coconut milk( homemade) 1 cup cows milk


  • 1 and 1/2 sugar


  • 1 tblspn cardamom powder


  • 10 grams agar agar strand

Directions

  • Soak agr agr strand for 5 min in water
  • Boil coconut milk and cows milk together
  • Now add sugar to it n stir continuously
  • Now add soaked agar agar along with water
  • Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes in low to medium flame
  • Transfr in any dish or square dish
  • Keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hrs.
  • Cut in desire shape serve cool Happy cooking
  • Note for coconut milk take fresh coconut cut into small pieces peel off the skin and churn with little water and squeeze all milk from grinded coconut
