Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 2 cup coconut milk( homemade) 1 cup cows milk

  • 1 and 1/2 sugar

  • 1 tblspn cardamom powder

  • 10 grams agar agar strand

Directions

    Soak agr agr strand for 5 min in water

  • 02

    Boil coconut milk and cows milk together

  • 03

    Now add sugar to it n stir continuously

  • 04

    Now add soaked agar agar along with water

  • 05

    Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes in low to medium flame

  • 06

    Transfr in any dish or square dish

  • 07

    Keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hrs.

    Cut in desire shape serve cool Happy cooking

    Note for coconut milk take fresh coconut cut into small pieces peel off the skin and churn with little water and squeeze all milk from grinded coconut
