  • 5 rotis 4 garlic pods chpd 1 carrot julienned 1 capsicum julienned some cabbage julienned eggs scrambled fried /boiled chicken some oregano 1 tsp chilli sauce(i used 1/2 tsp kashimiri chilli 1/4 tsp red chilli 1 tsp vinegar) 1 tsp soya sauce 2 tsp ketchup salt and pepper 2 tbsp oil.

    This is great for evening snack or for tiffin...great twist with left over Rotis/chapathis. *Roll the Rotis and cut in strips with scissors as thin as possible. *Take a pan add oil,put chopped garlic..saute till light golden. *Add in julienned carrots and saute well..add capsicum n cabbage ..(here you can add any veggies of your choice..) *Put chilli sauce, soya sauce,tomato sauce,oregano,salt and pepper.(at this time can add scrambled egg/stripped fried eggs/fried chicken pieces/long chicken strips). *Add the roti Noodles n mix well till all masala coats.. *Roti noodles is ready..Dish out and enjoy..Kids specially cant makeout that it's made with roti..My kids love this.
