Ingredients

  • 1 big cauliflower 2 medium sized chopped onions 2 tomatoes 4 black pepper 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 cloves 1 Green Cardamom 4-5 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 yellow bell pepper 1 Green Capsicum 1 carrot 2 red dry chillies (soaked in water for 5 minutes) 100 grams mozzarella cheese 50 grams of cottage cheese 1 tsp cream (optional) 1 tsp garam masala 2 green chillies 2-3 tsp chili flakes 2 tsp ghee 2-3 tsp oil 1 tsp sugar Little green coriander Salt to taste Water requirement

Directions

  • First of all, separate the cauliflower flowers , put 2 spoons of salt in 4 glasses of water and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Now let the cauliflower flowers remove from hot water and allow it to cool down .
  • Now make a paste with the help of the grinder.
  • Put this paste in a cotton cloth and squeeze it so that excess water comes out of it.
  • Now take it out in a mixing bowl, add salt as per taste, 2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, grated 50g mozzarella cheese and paneer and mix well.
  • Now divide it into 2 equal parts. Take a portion and make it into a fine dough and make it as big as roti by pressing it on nonstick paper.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, grease it with oil and put cauliflower crust and cook it on low to medium heat for about 10-12 minutes till it turns golden brown.
  • Make tomato chili puree - With a knife make sign at the top of tomatoes and boil into 1 glass of water for 5 minutes and then let it cool down. Soak 2 red dry chilies in water for 5 minutes. Now run the tomato and chili in the grinder - tomato chili puree is ready.
  • Now we'll make Shahi Awadhi Sauce - For this, heat ghee in a pan and add spices - cumin, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper and fry for 7 - 8 seconds.
  • Now add long chopped green chilies and stir then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Now add onions and fry till they become golden.
  • Mix tomato chili puree and mix it well. Now add cream, sugar, salt, garam masala , mix it well and cook until it starts leaving the pan. Turn off the gas flame.
  • Shahi Awadhi Sauce is ready.
  • Now flip the crust, apply prepared awadhi sauce, Spread green capsicum, yellow capsicum, carrots, grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp black pepper powder, chili flakes on top of it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame with a lid.
  • Shahi Awadhi Style Cauliflower Pizza Crust is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander, black pepper powder, chili flakes. You can serve it with tomato sauce.
