  • 5-6 tbsp Custard powder

  • 1 litre full fat milk

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 1/2 cup Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Cashews

  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

  • Boil milk on a low heat at first. Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk and make a smooth lump free slurry.
  • Add this to the milk along with the condensed milk and keep stirring it on a medium high until it thickens.
  • Add sugar as per your choice. You can totally omit it too if desired and add only condensed milk to enhance the taste. In that case, increase the condensed milk quantity accordingly. Let it cool down a bit before filling it up in the serving dish.
  • Refrigerate this serving dish for 3 hours or until chilled. Garnish with loads of chopped nuts and dry fruits before serving.
  • A sheer comfort food of awesomeness par excellence. Custard with dry fruits makes it a totally delightful indulgence and the crunch of the dry fruits in it makes it a super duper hit with all the dessert lovers especially the little kiddos.
