Ingredients

  • 5-6 tbsp Custard powder

  • 1 litre full fat milk

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 5 tbsp condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 1/2 cup Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Cashews

  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

Directions

    Boil milk on a low heat at first. Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk and make a smooth lump free slurry.

    Add this to the milk along with the condensed milk and keep stirring it on a medium high until it thickens.

    Add sugar as per your choice. You can totally omit it too if desired and add only condensed milk to enhance the taste. In that case, increase the condensed milk quantity accordingly. Let it cool down a bit before filling it up in the serving dish.

    Refrigerate this serving dish for 3 hours or until chilled. Garnish with loads of chopped nuts and dry fruits before serving.
