Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 7 pcs white bread


  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion


  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour or maida


  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 cup white oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • At first cut all breads in round shape with any type of round-shaped cutter.
  • Now in a bowl prepare a mixture with cheese, onion, coriander leaves, oregano, black pepper powder and salt.
  • Take another bowl prepare a slurry with maida, black pepper and salt.
  • In a plate take bread crumbs and seasoned with black pepper and salt.
  • Now take a bread and put prepared mixture on top of the bread.
  • Cover with other bread and seal it evenly with very little water.
  • Now dip the bread into the slurry, then coat with bread crumbs and shape it like cutlet.
  • Next fry all cutlets in preheated oil very nicely. Fry it in hot oil for 1-2 mins on each side until golden brown in colour.
  • when cutlet is golden brown in colour, remove it from oil and soak the extra oil in tissue paper or in kitchen towel. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
