Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup vermicelli


  • 2 eggs


  • 1/2 cup grated carrot


  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 cup boiled or frozen sweet corn


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato


  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion


  • 1/4 cup any kind of shredded cheese


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp white oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • at first boil vermicelli in boiling water with little bit salt. After boiling, drained out water and wash it with cold water.
  • Now make a batter with eggs, all chopped vegetables and mixed it well.
  • After that add boiled vermicelli, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mixed it altogether one more time.
  • Now take oven proof tray or mould and brush it with little white oil. And pour the batter with spoon. Now topped with some shredded cheese.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degree fahrenheit or 180 degree celcius. Place your tray in oven and bake it for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins take it out from oven and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
