  • Steamed rice - 1 bowl

  • Chopped dhaniya green chilli ginger-1/4 bowl

  • Black pepper red chilli powder jeera power- 1 teaspoon each

  • Sev imli chutney Chaat masala - for garnishing ( about 1/2 tbsn each)

  • Curd (bitten )-1/2 bowl

  • Cumin seeds -1/2 tablespoon

  • Dry fruits n coconut ( cut into small pieces) - 1/4 bowl


  • Mix all ingredients except sev chutney jeera power n make flattened balls with thehelp of plam.
  • Heat oil in a pan n deep fry this balls on medium flame till golden brown
  • Garnish with curd jeera power red chilli powder sev n chutney
