Bhetki fish pieces 8
Ginger & garlic paste 1 table spoon
Green chilli 1 spoon
Salt 1 spoon
Tomato 2 spoon
Gorom masala 1 spoon
Oil 100 gm
Rava 1cup
Vinigar 3 spoon
Directions
Take a bowl add fishes vinigar keep it for 15 minutes.
Add all ingredients except oil & rava.
Keep it for 3 hour 45 minutes in a fridge.
Now make a egg batter then dunk fishes and then keep on a plate rava take one piece fish cover it rava .Heat oil.
Deeply fried with oil
Serve hot bhetki fish fry.
