Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2cup Wheatflour


  • 200gm.greated paneer


  • 1 greated gajar


  • 4tbsp oil


  • 1tsp turmeric


  • 1tsp corriender powder


  • 1tsp cumin powder


  • 1tsp red chillipowder


  • 1tsp 1 tsp salt


  • 1tsp garam Masala powder


  • 1tsp chat masala


  • 1tsp black pepper powder 2tbsp corrienderleaves 1tsp cuminseeds

Directions

  • Take a bowl add wheatflour , salt ,&water to make a roti dough.
  • Heat a kadhei add 1tbsp oil.
  • Add cuminseeds crackle 1 mints.
  • Add greated ginger&greenchilli sauted.
  • Add greated gager stir 1 mints.
  • Add spices masala stir 30 seconds.
  • Add paneer mix it well.Cooked nicely.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves &salt mix it well .Off the gas.
  • Take a ball size from dough roll puri size,stuff the paneer mixture.Cover it make round shape.
  • Roll it as paratha shape.
  • Heat a tava put the paratha cook nicely.
  • Add ghee cook nicely.
  • Paneer Paratha is ready to serve
  • Serve with achar
