Take a bowl put sugar,yeast pour luke warm water
Take a bowl put flour,milk powder,baking soda,baking bowl activated yeast
Pour milk mix well make sure kneaded palm free dough rest for 4 hours it will increase size
Then make a role apply butter then close again make role apply butter repeat process 3 times finally make a role cut triangles
Each piece place chocolate piece,banana
Close nisely place it baking tray finally apply milk or butter ontop preheat oven set temperature 220degree at 25 mins
Once its perfectly baked sprinkle icing sugar ready to serve croissants
