  • 1cup milk


  • 40grms dark chocolate

Directions

  • Take a bowl put sugar,yeast pour luke warm water
  • Take a bowl put flour,milk powder,baking soda,baking bowl activated yeast
  • Pour milk mix well make sure kneaded palm free dough rest for 4 hours it will increase size
  • Then make a role apply butter then close again make role apply butter repeat process 3 times finally make a role cut triangles
  • Each piece place chocolate piece,banana
  • Close nisely place it baking tray finally apply milk or butter ontop preheat oven set temperature 220degree at 25 mins
  • Once its perfectly baked sprinkle icing sugar ready to serve croissants
