To a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper and red chilli powder. Whisk untill mixture is frothy.
To another bowl, add butter, garlic and coriander and mix well.
Now grease the pan and pour egg mixture in it.
Place 2 whole bread slice on top of half cooked omlette. Do required chopping of the other 2 bread slices (triangles) to fit it in the round pan over the omlette.
Gently press the bread slices into the omlette.
Apply the prepared garlic butter over the bread.
Flip the omlette and switch off the flame.
Spread the pizza sauce over omlette, followed by 3 tbsp cheese. Place the sliced veggies over it. Then add another tbsp cheese. Lastly add oregano and chilli flakes.
Next grease the pan from the sides with the leftout garlic butter.
Now turn on the flame to low, cover the pan and let it cook untill cheese melts.
Cut into slices and serve hot.
