  • 1cartot kima

  • 1cup cabbage kima

  • 1 boild potato

  • 1/2 cup sweet corn

  • 4tbsp chopped corrienderleaves

  • 2 greenchilli chopped

  • 1"ginger

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1tsp cuminseeds

  • 1tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1/2tsp blackpepper powder

  • 1tsp salt

  • 2cube cheese

  • 200ml oil

    Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil,add cuminseeds crackle for a mints.Then add Chopped onion sauted for 1 mints.

    Than add chopped greenchilli,ginger,&garlic stir 30 seconds. Than add all veggies mix it well &cook 2 mints. Not to over cook.Than add mashed potato ,salt,& blackpepper powder mix it well & cook 30 seconds.

    Add corriender leaves mix it well,off the gas .Now cut the Cheese piece into 4 pieces.Cut the carrot lenghth wise.

    Take small size ball from veggiesmixture,flat it put a cheese piece&carrot stick,tound it ,make sll like this.Freeze it 10 mints. Make a slurry of maida ,cornflour& a pinch of salt.Spread cornflour on a plate.

    Dip it the msida slurry ,than rolled with cornflour&derpfry the kuiek witb low mefium flame.

    Vegetable kuiek is ready serve with salad&tomato sauce.
