  • For bunny bread buns:180grms purpose flour

  • For gobhi malai :1cup gobhi florets


  • 1cup onions


  • 1cup tomato pieces


  • 2tsp kaju


  • 1cup oil


  • 2bay leaves


  • 3 cloves


  • 2cinamon stick


  • 1tsp shajeera


  • 1tsp chilli powder


  • 1tsp cumin powder


  • 1tsp daniya powder


  • 1/2cup fresh cream


  • 1tsp turmeric


  • 1cup coriander


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Take a bowl put sugar ,yeast pour Luke warm water mix well rest 15min
  • Take a bowl put flour,milk powder,salt,suagr,baking powder,baking soda pour activated yeast solution
  • Mix well make kneaded dough rest 3hours
  • After that dough should increase size
  • Make equal portions each dough give shape as round buns place on baking tray rest 15mins
  • Apply butter sprinkle sesame seeds place on oven set temperature 220degree at 35mins
  • Then take baked buns leave into room temperature
  • Bread bunny buns are ready
  • For filling...heat oil leave gobhi florets fri well
  • Heat a cadai put whole masala spices
  • Put onion,tomato,kaju
  • Pour water boil 5mins then transfer blender make fine puri
  • Heat a cadai pour oil add garlic pour tomato puri
  • Add spicyseasoning on to gravy keep cook on flame
  • Then finally add fresh malai onto gravy
  • Then add fried gibhi florets
  • Take bread bunny buns make a hole pour gobhi malai gravy
  • Sprinkle coriander on to ready to serve
