Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup pasta


  • 1/2 cup corn, charred


  • 1/4 cup bellpepper, finely chopped


  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped


  • 2 tbsp carrot, junneline


  • 1/4 1/8 cup mayonnaise


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tbsp white vinegar


  • 1 garlic clove minced


  • 1 tbsp water


  • 1/4 tsp parsley


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Directions

  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the packet and keep it aside to let it cool.
  • Chop the veggies as directed above.
  • To a bowl, add all the ingredients under dressing and mix well to prepare the dressing for this salad.
  • Before mixing everything together, make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
  • Now mix the pasta and the mayonnaise dressing using spatula.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve cold.
