Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta

  • 1/2 cup corn, charred

  • 1/4 cup bellpepper, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp carrot, junneline

  • 1/4 1/8 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1/4 tsp parsley

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Directions

    Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the packet and keep it aside to let it cool.

    Chop the veggies as directed above.

    To a bowl, add all the ingredients under dressing and mix well to prepare the dressing for this salad.

    Before mixing everything together, make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.

    Now mix the pasta and the mayonnaise dressing using spatula.

  • 06

    Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve cold.
