Ingredients

Serves 14

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/3 Cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum, finelychopped

  • 1/2 Cup corn, boiled

  • 1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 Cup carrot, grated

  • 1/2 Cup cheese, grated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 °C.

  • 02

    Whisk eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper. Keep aside.

    Add all the veggies followed by cheese.

  • 04

    Mix well and pour in silicone muffin mould.

  • 05

    If using metal moulds, make sure to grease the mould with oil.

  • 06

    Pour the batter till half full.

  • 07

    Bake for 25 mins.

  • 08

    Remove from muffin mould after 5 mins and serve with ketchup.
