Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida(rings for covering)

  • 1 tsp ajwain

  • 2 tsp oil to taste Salt

  • 2 tsp rice flour

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 4 boiled potato

  • 2 tsp Cornflour

  • 1/2 tsp bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp amchur

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 4 tsp coriander leaves

    Mix all the above for maida rings use water to Knead the dough.cover the gough and rest for 10-15mnts

    Now make potato dough then make it cylinder shape and keep aside

    Now make 4-5 equal size balls from maida

  • 04

    Take 1 ball and roll it like a chapatti and cut into long strips and roll it over the potato.

    Use 2 strips for each logs and deep fry on medium flame

  • 06

    Enjoy with sauce or chutney.
