1 tsp curry leaves chopped

For Capsicum mixture:
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
1 tsp curry leaves chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp oil

For Onion tomato mixture:
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp curry leaves chopped
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
to taste Salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients for the toppings in a bowl.fill a plastic bottle with a dosa batter.Poke a hole in the lid and close the bottom to form a squeeze bottle for the batter.
Heat oil in a pan and small portion of the batter into the pan.Now add the individual toppings and let it roast for 2 minutes.
Flip them over and continue to cook for 3 mnts.Serve hot with chutneys.
