Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 big slices of bread

  • 1 tbsp Boiled sweet corn

  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion

  • 2 tbsp chopped seedless tomatoes

  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp or as required

  • 1 tbsp melted garlic butter

  • 1/4 cup grated processed cheese

  • 2 butter sliced small

    Chopped all the veggies and keep aside

    Melt the butter spread on a bread slices . Keep slices in oven grilled it for 5 min in one side, and 3 to 4 min on other side. When bread become toast take out it from oven then keep aside. You can also make toast on gas , in tawa spread some butter then roast the bread slices from both sides till become a toast .

    Add all veggies in bowl. Except chilly flakes . Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup , 1 tsp of soy sauce ,  butter sliced and grated cheese mix well .

    spread the veggies mixture on toast . Sprinkle some chilly flakes as you required the spicyness of toast , then spread some grated cheese on top.

    Toast is ready for tiffin
