Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour


  • 3 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 cup powder suger


  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder


  • 2/3 cup milk or as required for batter


  • 1/2 tsp Food colour ( optional )


  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Directions

  • Seive flour powder suger and baking soda
  • Add other ingredients in it mix well till no lump remain in pancake batter.
  • Heat the tawa spread some ghee on it . Pour some batter on it and let it cook from one side for 4 to 5 min on low flame . or till it's done
  • When it's done from one side turn and cook from other side for 2 to 3 min on low flame.
  • Make all pancakes with same method.
  • Switch off the gas . Let it cool down pancakes then packed in your child's Tiffin.
