Ingredients

  • 250 gm's chicken mince

  • 6bread slices

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilli

  • 2 tbsp greated cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp maida

  • 1 tbsp cornflour powder

  • 1 tbsp gingergarlic paste

  • 1 bowl oil frying

  • 2tbsp fresh coriander leaves

  • 6cheese cubes

Directions

    Take bowl add chicken mince.

  • 02

    Add chopped green chilli, garam masala powder, egg, gingergarlic paste, cornflour powder, maida, greated cheese and mix all ingredients Very nicely.

    Grease your hands with oil, take a chicken mixture and cheese cube and make a ball.

    Take bread slices and cut into small cubes.

    Take a ball and stick bread cubes onto a ball one by one

    Heat oil in a kadai, and Deep fry chicken ball on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

    Yummy crispy chicken football is ready Serve it with ketchup and mayonnaise.
