  • 2 cup dosa batter

  • 2 medium onion

  • 2 medium tomato

  • 1 medium green capsicum to taste Salt

  • 2 tsp spinach puree as needed Oil to cook

  • 2-3 green chilli chopped

  • 2 chesse slices as needed Green chutney required as needed coriander leaves


  • Chop onion, tomato, capsicum and coriander leaves in a choper and put in a bowl.
  • Take some batter in a bowl,add salt and spinach puree and mix well.
  • Heat a little oil on a non-stick tawa and spread small amount s of batter to make 3 little uttappams at a little distance from each other.
  • Spread a little chopped vegetables on each.sprinkle little green chilles in each and cook on medium heat.
  • Dizzle a little oil,when the under side is done,turn them and cook the other side.
  • Remove the uttappams from the tawa.keep a cheese slice over one uttappam.spread little green chutney and place another uttapam over it.keep another cheese slice over the second uttappam and spread a little chutney and place the third uttappam over it.
  • Uttapam sandwich is ready,serve immidiately.
