Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 5 to 6 carrots peeled and shredded

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut or fresh grates coconut can be used

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom pd

  • 2 to 3 drops of rose essence

  • 2 tbsp of chopped dry fruits of your choice for garnishing

Directions

    Heat a pan add grated carrot and sugar . Cook the mixture on medium flame till it thickens. It takes about 15 mins

  • 02

    Once the mixture is thick ,turn off the flame. Add almond flour, grated coconut, cardamom pd and rose essence. Mix well with a spoon. Let it cool

  • 03

    When cool take about a tbsp of the mixture and make a smooth ball. Use small cupliners to place each ball. Garnish with dry fruits
