  • Eggs boiled 4


  • Grated paneer 1cup


  • Britannia cheese slices 1


  • Bread crumbs 1cup


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/5tsp


  • Green chilli chop 1


  • Chop coriander 1tsp


  • Chop mint 1tsp


  • Chat masala 1/2tsp


  • Lemon juice 1tsp


  • Chop onion 1


  • Chop garlic 1tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Tomato ketchup 1tsp


  • Tamarind ketchup 1tsp


  • Chiptole sauce 1tsp


  • Chiptole sauce ingredients...Salt 1tsp


  • Red Alepheno fresh chillies 5


  • Oilve oil 1/2cup


  • Garlic cloves 10 pcs

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar put alepheno,salt,olive oil,garlic 2 tsp of water mix and grind well set sauce in fridge for overnight then next day used.
  • Take a boiled eggs peeled and grated for 3 eggs one egg keep a side.Then add salt,chilli,chatmasala,lemon juice,green chilli,mint and cotiander mix then add bread crumbs mix make a dough keep rest for 5 minutes.
  • Take a cheese slice cut in small pcs.
  • Take a egg dough make balls equsl sizes then press put chesse slice and grated paneer roll and cut in cookie cutter shapes.
  • Take a nonstick pan put oil and shsllow fry in both sides crisps.
  • Then serve with both sauce and boiled egg cut in halves sprinkle chat masala.
